MyWineMatcher (MWM) Alert

At Whistling Buoy we are all about making everyone a wine Lover, by crafting exceptional wines and just doing things better.

So born by a hunch that there must be a better way to match wines to a person's likes, rather than reliance on pretty labels and gold round stickers, we have been working on a new and exciting tool that will provide real value to YOUR wine experience - It uses science and machine learning to match your personal taste preferences to a wines chemical profile. We can then recommend to you wines that you haven't tasted before, but we know, you will love.

Our initial focus has been on high Quality Pinot Noir wines. We have sourced the best of these, from all over NZ, many of which you will not have encountered before. So, prepare yourselves for some new and exciting wine gems.

To establish your unique tasting profile we have developed a home tasting kit, containing six anonymous wines - so you start the journey with a party at your place - designed for up to four people. Once the party and preferences are completed, we then let the science take over to match/curate other wines that we know you will love. Creating the confidence that you will like a wine before you buy it.

The wines that make up this mix are sourced from just some of the many artisan NZ wineries we are working closely with to deliver MWM.
