Yes – so long as you arrange in advance of our standard shipping dates in April and September (Portfolio Club) or at the time of making shop purchases.

What if I want to change what I order?

The make-up of the Portfolio Club deliveries are fixed (based on vintage release). However with Case Club and any subsequent orders from the Portfolio Club club you are free to choose whatever combinations of wine that you want. The only limitation will be availability. Given there are only 300 bottles of the Half Acre Pinot Noir in any given vintage, purchase of this iconic wine is limited to three to any member. This to be sold on a first in to order basis.

What about overseas membership?

Wine club membership is open to overseas members. The same wine shipments and benefits apply although freight will be charged on all orders, inlcuding portfolio Club cases and Case Club initial case purchases.

Which wines are included in the Portfolio Club shipments?

Members of the Portfolio Club will receive two deliveries of one dozen. The first dozen will be made up of six bottles each of the previous year’s vintage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The second dozen will contain six bottles of the current year's vintage of Pinot Noir Rosé and a further three bottles each of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir received in the first shipment.

What does it cost?

Membership for a one-year subscriptions to the Portfolio Club costs is $698.40.

Membership for a one-year subscription to the Case Club is free.

How do I get a bottle of the iconic half acre (Home Block) Pinot Noir?

Firstly you need to be a wine club member. Secondly it will be sold on a first in, first served basis, although to be fair to other members order numbers will be restricted to three bottles per member. The price for the half acre Pinot Noir 2014 vintage is $56/bottle. Bottles can be purchased through the website shop. Delivery will be within five working days. For bottle orders less than three, an additional freight cost of $10 will apply.

When are the shipments made?

Shipments for the Portfolio Club members two dozen bottles are scheduled for April in which the previous year's vintage will be released (six bottles of Chardonnay and six bottles of Pinot Noir) and the second delivery in September to coincide with the current vintage release of Rosé.

All other purchases will be shipped within the week of order.

How is payment made?
Joining of the wine club is done online. Registration payment for the Portfolio Club members will be made through PayPal.
What happens when I fill in the contact form?

You will be sent an email welcoming you to the extended winery family and what activities and benefits you will have the option to exercise should you wish. You can get as involved in vineyard and vintage release activities as you want or just sit back and enjoy the pleasures of the award winning wines on offer.

How do I renew my membership?

Near the conclusion of your subscription year you will be sent reminders inviting you to renew your membership. Renewal can be carried out using the subscription form on the Whistling Buoy web site.
